Using Talkyto on multiple devices

You can use Talkyto on multiple devices by connecting each device to the same Twilio account. Each device requires its own Talkyto subscription.

iOS and Android subscriptions are separate. If you use Talkyto on an iPhone and an Android device, you need two subscriptions — one per platform.

Connecting multiple devices to one Twilio account

Section titled “Connecting multiple devices to one Twilio account”

To connect a second device to the same Twilio account, enter the same Account SID and Auth Token during setup on that device. Both devices then share the same Twilio phone numbers and account history.

For setup steps, see first-time setup.

Sharing a Twilio account with multiple users

Section titled “Sharing a Twilio account with multiple users”

When multiple users connect to the same Twilio account, everyone with access to that account can see all call and message history. Any phone number assigned under the account is visible to all users.

If privacy between users matters — for example, in a team where each person needs their own number and history — consider using Twilio subaccounts. Each subaccount has its own credentials and number pool, keeping data separated between users.

You manage subaccounts directly in the Twilio Console. Each user then connects their Talkyto app to their own subaccount credentials instead of the main account.
