Additional services
Additional Services lets you connect a CRM or custom TwiML application to a Talkyto phone number. This feature is available on the “All” subscription plan.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”When you associate a TwiML App from your Twilio Console with a Talkyto number, Talkyto routes calls or messages for that number through your TwiML App’s webhook. This lets you integrate existing CRM workflows without replacing them.
Set up Additional Services
Section titled “Set up Additional Services”If you’ve already configured a CRM integration in Twilio
Section titled “If you’ve already configured a CRM integration in Twilio”When you enable Talkyto for a number that already has a TwiML App assigned, Talkyto prompts you to add your CRM as an Additional Service. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the connection.
Manual setup
Section titled “Manual setup”- In Talkyto, go to Settings > Voice (or Settings > Messaging).
- Select the phone number you want to connect.
- Scroll down to Additional Services.
- Tap Add new additional service.
- In your Twilio Console, go to Phone Numbers > TwiML Apps and open the relevant app. Copy the credentials you need.
- Paste the credentials into Talkyto.
- Tap Save.
