Call recording
Talkyto Business lets administrators enable call recording at the phone-number level from the dashboard. When recording is on, all calls — inbound and outbound — are captured automatically for that number. Recordings are stored and accessible to enrolled devices through the Talkyto App.
Enable call recording
Section titled “Enable call recording”- In the dashboard, go to Service accounts and select the service account.
- Open the Phone numbers tab.
- Select the phone number you want to record.
- Toggle Enable call recording on.
All calls on that number are recorded automatically from this point forward.
Access recordings
Section titled “Access recordings”Recordings are available in the Talkyto App on enrolled devices:
- Open the Talkyto App.
- Go to Calls.
- Scroll to Recording logs / voicemails.
Each entry shows the call date, time, and duration. Tap the i (info) button on a recording to play, download, or delete it.
