Voice configuration
Voice configuration in Talkyto Business controls which phone numbers are used for calls and how calls are routed across your enrolled devices.
Organisation-level voice setup
Section titled “Organisation-level voice setup”- Sign in to your Talkyto Business dashboard.
- Go to Service accounts and select your service account.
- Open the Phone numbers tab.
- For each number you want to use for voice, confirm that Voice is enabled.
- Go to the Setup tab and select Configure all options to ensure Twilio’s webhooks are wired correctly for inbound calls.
Device-level voice setup
Section titled “Device-level voice setup”- Go to Devices and select the device to configure.
- Open the Service accounts tab.
- Select the service account and then select Setup.
- Mark the phone number as Visible so the device can use it for calls.
Once configured, the enrolled device can make outbound calls from that number and receive inbound calls on it through the Talkyto App.
Geo permissions
Section titled “Geo permissions”If users report that calls to specific countries fail, check geo permissions in Twilio. You can also manage geo permissions per service account in the Talkyto Business dashboard under the Geo permissions tab.
