Call logs

Call logs in Talkyto Business give administrators a detailed record of every call made or received on a phone number, including direction, duration, status, and timestamp. You can review logs without needing to access the mobile app.

Call logs are available at the phone-number level within each service account:

  1. In the dashboard, go to Service accounts and select the service account.
  2. Open the Phone numbers tab.
  3. In the Call logs column, select View next to the phone number you want to inspect.

Select any individual log entry to open its detail view, which shows additional metadata and technical information useful for troubleshooting or auditing.
