Call logs
Call logs in Talkyto Business give administrators a detailed record of every call made or received on a phone number, including direction, duration, status, and timestamp. You can review logs without needing to access the mobile app.
Access call logs
Section titled “Access call logs”Call logs are available at the phone-number level within each service account:
- In the dashboard, go to Service accounts and select the service account.
- Open the Phone numbers tab.
- In the Call logs column, select View next to the phone number you want to inspect.
What each log entry shows
Section titled “What each log entry shows”| Column | Description |

| Call flow | The Studio workflow or route the call followed |
| Direction | Inbound or outbound |
| Status | Outcome of the call (for example, Completed, No-answer, Failed) |
| Duration | Length of the connected call |
| Call count | Number of call legs for this record |
| Timestamp | Exact date and time the call occurred |
Detailed call view
Section titled “Detailed call view”Select any individual log entry to open its detail view, which shows additional metadata and technical information useful for troubleshooting or auditing.
