Additional services

Talkyto Business lets administrators configure additional services — such as Studio Workflow integrations and other add-on options — at the phone-number level within each service account. These settings mirror the additional services available in the Talkyto App and bring full feature parity to the web dashboard.

Additional services cover optional capabilities that extend how a phone number handles calls and messages. Common uses include:

  • CRM integration — connect your existing CRM system so agents can access and respond to messages and calls from one place, whether at their desk or remotely.
  • Studio workflow hooks — link a Twilio Studio workflow to a number for advanced call or message routing.
  • Custom routing rules — configure add-on logic for how calls or messages are handled when they arrive at a specific number.

Enabling these services lets organisations continue their existing CRM and communication workflows while adding Talkyto’s mobile capabilities without disruption.

Access additional services for a phone number

  1. In the dashboard, go to Service accounts and select your service account.
  2. Open the Phone numbers tab.
  3. Locate the phone number and select the settings icon (three dots) next to it.
  4. Choose Voice additional services or Messaging additional services.

Both panels offer the same controls.

From the additional services panel you can:

  • View the full list of existing service configurations.
  • Add a new service configuration.
  • Edit an existing configuration.
  • Delete a service you no longer need.
