Manage your subscription
Talkyto requires an active subscription to send or receive calls, SMS, or MMS. All billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play — Talkyto does not process payments directly.
Free trial
Section titled “Free trial”Talkyto offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you need an active subscription to continue using calling and messaging features.
Subscription plans
Section titled “Subscription plans”For current pricing and plan details, see the Talkyto pricing page.
You also need a Twilio phone number to use the app’s calling and messaging features.
Cross-platform subscriptions
Section titled “Cross-platform subscriptions”iOS and Android each require their own Talkyto subscription — subscriptions are not shared across platforms. You can use the same Twilio account (same Account SID and Auth Token) on both platforms, but each device needs its own Talkyto subscription.
Manage your subscription
Section titled “Manage your subscription”All subscription management happens in your device’s app store.
On iPhone:
- Open Settings (iOS system settings).
- Tap your Apple ID at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find Talkyto and adjust as needed.
On Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Talkyto and adjust as needed.
Payment issues
Section titled “Payment issues”Contact your app store for any payment-related problems. Talkyto does not have access to your billing details.
