Message notes

Message notes let team members attach contextual information — such as order numbers, follow-up reminders, or handover details — directly to a specific message in a conversation. Notes are shared across the organisation: anything added in the Talkyto Business dashboard appears in the Talkyto App for all members, and vice versa.

Add a note in the Talkyto Business dashboard

  1. Go to Service accounts and select the service account.
  2. Open the Messages tab and find the conversation.
  3. Select the message you want to annotate.
  4. The notes panel shows any existing notes with author name and timestamp.
  5. Enter your note in the text field and select Add note.
  1. Open the Talkyto App and go to Messages.
  2. Open the relevant conversation.
  3. Press and hold the target message to open its detail options.
  4. Tap Add note, enter your text, and confirm with the checkmark.

The note syncs to the dashboard and to all other enrolled devices within seconds.

In the Business dashboard, open the notes panel for the message and use the edit or delete controls next to the note. Organisation admins have full control over all notes, including deletion.

  • Contact notes — attach notes to a contact record rather than a specific message.
  • Message logs — view the full message history for a service account.
