Forgot password
Talkyto uses Firebase Authentication. When you reset your password, you’ll receive an email with a reset link.
Reset your password
Section titled “Reset your password”- Open the Talkyto App and go to the sign-in screen.
- Tap Forgot Password? Click here below the sign-in form.
- Enter the email address for your Talkyto account.
- Tap Confirm — Talkyto sends a reset link to your email.
- Open the email and tap the Reset Password link.
- Enter a new password and tap Save.
- Return to the app and sign in with your new password.
If the reset email doesn’t arrive
Section titled “If the reset email doesn’t arrive”- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm you entered the correct email address.
- Wait a few minutes before checking again.
- Contact support via the in-app chat if the problem persists.
