Find your device ID and user ID
The Talkyto support team may ask for your Device ID or User ID when you report a problem. You’ll find both in Settings > Help & Support.
Find your IDs
Section titled “Find your IDs”- Open the Talkyto App.
- Tap Settings in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap Help & Support.
- Locate the ID you need.
The following IDs are shown on this screen:
- Device ID — identifies your specific device to the support team.
- User ID — identifies your Talkyto account.
Tap any item to copy it to your clipboard.
Why support asks for these IDs
